Tutorial: Scented therapy neck wrap
Sew4Home shares a tutorial for making a scented therapy neck wrap you can use as either a heat or cool pack. It’s made in two pieces – a long fabric tube (broken into compartments to keep the filler evenly distributed) and a soft removable cover. The tube has handles at the end that make it easy to position on your neck.
