Jennifer Heynen shares a tutorial at Therm O Web showing how you can make these colorful tassels out of your scrap fabrics. If you fuse your strips together, it’s a no-sew project. But even if you sew them, it’s a super simple sewing project. Make one as a cute accent for a cabinet door or do like she did and make garland of them.
