Got yarn and fabric scraps?  (Boy, do I ever…) Mark Montano shows how you can turn them into the most fabulous tassel bracelets.  The colorful, scrappy bracelets are made from zip ties, fabric scraps, and yarn.  I had just decided that I was going to reduce the size of my yarn stash considerably, but now I want to hold on to all those yarns to make these bracelets.
