Little girls’ dresses are so much fun to sew! I used to love making dresses for my daughter when she was younger. Petro from Creative Homemaking shows how you can make a flutter sleeve dress for a little girl. It’s easier than you think, and her tutorial is written with beginner sewists in mind. The dress has a simple round neck and gathered skirt, and ruffle-y flutter sleeves. The back has a simple button and loop closure (no zipper!).
