Rae from Made By Rae shows how to make a basic neck band for a t-shirt. This is the kind of finish you see on a standard t-shirt, made from a folded band of fabric stretched to fit around the neck hole. The stretch is what gives it a smooth finish around the convex curve of a neck opening.
