If the seat cover of your high chair (or should I say, your small child’s high chair) is showing remnants of last month’s spaghetti or last week’s squash, then check out this tutorial by Ashley of Make It and Love It.
She shows how to make a new cover for your high chair, so you can replace a stained or simply out-of-style seat cover with one made from fabrics you love. Go to the tutorial.

This is exactly what I am looking for. Question: I was thinking of just adding a cover on top of my previous highchair cover so I don’t have to mess with the padding. Which means I can’t cut it apart for a pattern. Is there any advice/tips you can give me?
I didn’t realize when I got the high chair the red cushion comes out when the baby gets bigger. And it’s not very attractive without the red cushion.
Here is my high chair. http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3368240
