When she was a baby, some of my daughter’s favorite toys were the soft fabric blocks my mother gave her. She loved the texture and the patterns, and I loved the fact that she could chew on them all day long without damaging the toy or herself. These were storebought fabric blocks, but Whipstitch has a tutorial to show how to make them. Each block is made from 6 5-inch squares, making it the perfect project for a scrap basket or a set of charm squares. I bet you have enough materials in your house right now to make a dozen of these guys. Get the tutorial.
Thanks so much for the mention! We have two under 2 at our house, so I’m making these by the basketload (no exaggeration). So glad you liked them!
I plan on making some for my new neice out of all my daughters old onesies and blankets that are torn or ripped cant wait to see how they turn out 😀
I would love to get this pattern but the link doesn’t work anymore. Can you open it back up?
