I like to sleep in a dark room. I keep my bedroom fairly well darkened, even putting electrical tape over the lights on the TV and DVD player. When I travel, I have a hard time getting the hotel room dark enough for my liking. Natalie from HungryHippie Sews shows how you can make a sleep mask to block out light. Take it with you when you travel so all the extra lights in the hotel room won’t keep you from a good night’s sleep!
