Sewing Tutorial: Sew a swimsuit coverup

Kate from See Kate Sew shares a tutorial on her blog showing how to make a swimsuit coverup. It hangs loose and comfy, but cinches in slightly for an empire waist. She used a summery seersucker, but this would work out of any lightweight cotton fabric. A drapey jersey knit might also be nice. Go to her tutorial.
