Veronica from SewVery shares a tutorial for making her SewVery Simple Cold Pack. She designed it to wrap around the neck or drape across the stomach. You can fill it with dried corn and keep it in the freezer until it’s needed. Her cold pack is a long thin rectangle, but divided into 4 sections so all of the filling doesn’t fall together at one end and cause the cold pack to slip off. It’s super easy to make, with edges left raw. You might even sew up a few extras so you can switch them out as needed.

Great idea! Am going to “borrow” some of hubby’s deer corn for this project:)
