Tutorial: Simple convertible backpack tote bag

Make a tote that easily converts to a backpack! Diane from Ooh! Pretty Colors shares a tutorial at We All Sew showing how to do it. The bag uses the same set of straps for both the backpack and tote mode. The straps can be carried from the top as a tote bag, or pulled to the back so they can be carried on the shoulders as a backpack. Such a smart design!
