Shauna from Shwin & Shwin shows how to make a little girl’s skirt with a pieced drop waist. The pieces are trimmed with bias tape to make them ‘pop’. Though she shows this on a little girl’s skirt, I don’t suppose there’s any reason why you couldn’t do something similar on an adult-sized skirt. Get the tutorial.
