Jen from iCandy Handmade made this beautiful slim fit & flare dress for herself. She shares a tutorial showing how she did it. She adapted a basic dress bodice & sleeve pattern for the top, adding her own lightly gathered knee length skirt. It’s a beautiful silhouette and would look good on many figures and out of many fabric designs.
