Cathy from Trinkets in Bloom shares a tutorial at I Love to Create showing how to make this halter t-shirt with a snow dye effect. It’s actually two tutorials in one. First, she shows how to make use a pile of snow and fabric dye to create the the snow melts, it creates a cool tie-dye effect. After she’s dyed the shirt, she shows how to cut and restitch it into a neat halter top. Even if there’s no snow on the ground, you can use a traditional tie-dye technique, or just use a solid color t-shirt to make the halter. Go to I Love to Create for the tutorial.
