Tutorial: Soft doll for small children to love

July 21, by Anne Weaver. 2 Comments

Editor’s Note:   The page that is linked to in this post is still active, but the links from that post to the tutorials for the parts of the doll are no longer active.

Rhythm of the Home, an online quarterly magazine focused on incorporating a rhythm and reverence for the natural world in the lives of their children, shares a series of tutorials on their blog for making a soft doll for small children to love and nurture.  This is such a sweet toy for small children!!  Each element of the doll is explained separately (body, hair, dress, bonnet) so you can customize the doll.  These soft dolls are perfect for little hands to snuggle!  Go to the tutorials.

While you’re there, be sure to check out the summer edition of Rhythm of the Home for all kinds of seasonal recipes, crafts, and family activities.
