Anne from WobiSobi shows how a couple of t-shirts can become this strapless ruffled shirt. It’s a blousy strapless top with a ruffle at the top and at the bottom. It takes just some simple cuts and a couple of straight seams to make this t-shirt refashion. If you want to add straps, there is probably enough scrap to make a couple of spaghetti straps as well.
