Carolyn from Homework shows how you can make napkin rings out of an old sweater, no sewing required. You’ll only need small pieces of the sweater (3″ strips) to make the napkin rings, so this would be a good use of scraps left over from other sweater recycle projects. If you use a sparkly sweater, like she did, they’d be beautiful for a New Year’s Eve dinner.
