With foam soles and a zipper up the back, they’re made for kids to put and take off by themselves. She shares a tutorial on her blog explaining how she did it, and gives a pattern for the three sizes she made (size 10 for a 3 1/2 year old, size 12-13 for a 5 year old, and size 1 -1 1/2 for a 7 year old).
