Tutorial: Tassel trimmed velvet throw pillow

CathGrace shows how she made this tassel trimmed velvet pillow. It’s her DIY version of a pillow she saw at Anthropologie. Not only did she sew the pillow cover, she also made all of the tassels by hand from some wool embroidery thread she had in her stash. That might seem like a lot of work, but you can get exactly the color tassels you want so it’ll match your décor.
