Sewing Tutorial: Tie-dyed swimsuit cover-up from a t-shirt

Cathy from Trinkets in Bloom shares a tutorial at I Love To Create showing how she made this tie-dyed swimsuit cover-up out of a plain t-shirt. You could use any t-shirt (maybe even one printed with a design already) so I don’t suppose you HAVE to do the tie-dye step, but the bright colors are just so summery!
