Tutorial: Trick or Treat tote with pom pom cuff

This trick or treat tote has a cute cuff around the top with pom pom trim, because pom pom trim makes everything more fun. I’ve got a tutorial for you over at Orange Bettie. The tote is made short and wide, with an open top so it’s easy for folks to drop candy in and – more importantly – easy for small hands to dig through their haul to find the candy they want. Finished dimensions are 15 ½” wide x 9 ½” tall.
