Heather from Featherty Sews guest blogs over at Sewing in No Man’s Land with a tutorial showing how to make her Tulip Pants for little girls. They feature a ruffled legs, a gathered patch pocket, and a comfortable waistband from ribbing. They’re super cute out of a baby wale corduroy, but they’d also be nice in a lightweight cotton print. Go to the tutorial.
