Tutorial: Tulle circle skirt

Laura from A Beautiful Mess shows how you can make a tulle circle skirt. You can dress it up for fancy occasions or keep it super casual with a simple t-shirt. It’s made from layers of tulle, and a lining of opaque fabric, sewn to a wide elastic waistband. With all those layers it looks like it might be a time consuming project, but the only layer that needs to be hemmed is the lining (and you can just serge the edge if you have a serger).
