Ashlee from My So Called Crafty Life shows a most awesome use for an ugly Christmas sweater.  Turn it into a pillow!  Even better, get several Ugly Christmas Sweaters and turn them into a whole collection of Christmas sweater pillows.  You can make them in any size.  Depending on the size of your sweater, you might be able to get a couple of smaller pillows from one sweater.

Easy Cosmetics Bag Sewing Pattern

The bag is simple, uses very little fabric (about 2/3rds of a fat quarter), has no fussy inside pockets (although you can add your own if you like), and takes me well less than 30 minutes to print the pattern, cut out and sew. But quick and simple doesn’t mean it’s not awesome!
