Tutorial: Two-tier prairie skirt

By Hand London shares a tutorial on their blog showing how you can make a two-tier prairie skirt. Theirs is a knee-length version with a longer top tier and a flounce or frill tier at the bottom. It’s a cute look for summer, but it will also transition easily to fall. You can make one in any size, using their instructions for cutting based on your measurements.
