Tutorial: Upcycle old towels with scrap fabric binding

Vicky from Vicky Myers breathed some new life into old towels by adding a scrap fabric bias binding around the edges. This is a completely recycled/upcycled project making use of old towels and also fabric scraps for the binding. The bias binding covers up the worn edges of the towel while the scrappy border adds color and a touch of whimsy to a plain towel.
