Tutorial: Upcycle short shorts into board shorts

Cindy from Upcycled Design Lab shows how she lengthened a pair of short shorts into some tie-dyed board shorts. To get the extra length, she let out the hem and then added extra denim. She also added a waistband and pocket from another pair of shorts. All edges are left raw and fraying. All of the raw edges give it a beautiful worn effect, like they’ve seen a whole summer of adventures.
