Tutorial: Valentine’s Day Bunting Banner

Kimberly from Sweet Red Poppy shows how you can make a fun and easy Valentine’s Day Banner. Each flag of the felt banner has a sparkly letter or heart, spelling out a Valentine’s Day message, and a string of colorful felt pom poms floats above. She used her Cricut Maker to cut the banner and the letters, but if you don’t have a cutter you can cut those pieces by hand.
