This vintage letter envelope is so charming!  (And just look who it’s addressed to…)  It also happens to be a zippered bag.  Deby from So Sew Easy shows how you can make one.The image of the letter is printed on to fabric using an ink jet printer and sewn up into a cute little pouch. The things you can do with printable fabric!  She offers the printable vintage letter image on a “pay what you want” basis, from $0.00 on up.

Easy Cosmetics Bag Sewing Pattern

The bag is simple, uses very little fabric (about 2/3rds of a fat quarter), has no fussy inside pockets (although you can add your own if you like), and takes me well less than 30 minutes to print the pattern, cut out and sew. But quick and simple doesn’t mean it’s not awesome!
