Katie from Punk Projects shows how she made this fun headband out of a vintage scarf. (She doesn’t say whether the one she used is vintage, but the design sure looks vintage to me.) You can make several headbands from just one scarf. A rubber band at the bottom gives it a little stretch so it will stay put. She was given a bunch of scarves by friend who knew she could make cool stuff out of them.
