Disney from Ruffles and Stuff joins the Vintage May Series (co-hosted by Craftiness Is Not Optional and Skirt as Top) with a tutorial showing how she made this beautiful layered skirt. The look is inspired by a vintage slip. The ruffled layer peeking out the bottom is made from ruffled fabric. And the top layer? She refashioned that from a pair of thrifted shorts.
