Tutorial: Vintage wool coat refashion

What to do when a vintage coat is worn on the cuffs and collar? Heather from Heather Handmade decided a refashion was in order. The coat was an old Hudson Bay wool coat from her grandmother, and she kept most of the original look. She replaced the collar and cuffs with matching Sherpa fleece, and then replaced the lining with the same soft fleece and a slipper fabric for the sleeve lining. The result is amazing!
