You can find a free pattern for this frog softie at We Wilsons blog.  It was created to make use of a Spoonflower swatch.  The cutting diagram is a masterpiece in efficient use of fabric!  There are no instructions for assembly, but I expect you’d use the same general process as when making most softies.  Go to the free pattern.
