The Fabulous Patio

The weather is simply so beautiful this time of year in Los Angeles (okay I know I’ll be getting some calls from my family in Seattle about rubbing this in!). It got me thinking about sewing for the outside of your home. Here are a few projects to turn your so-so patio into something fabulous!

I found this really cool project for creating slipcovers for your lounge chairs. All you need is a twin sized sheet!

Or this easy project to transform your garden table and chairs. With all the amazing outdoor fabric available now, the possibilities are endless. Like this gorgeous fabric from Sunbrella.

And here is a fantastic project from HGTV to create a garden umbrella!

These projects almost make you smell the Bar-B-Q!
