Tutorial: Add flare sleeves to a tank top

The Style Workshop posts on Refashion Co-op with a tutorial showing how she created this flare sleeved top.  She started with a knit tank and added lace fabric inserts and sleeves.  Get the tute  at Refasihon Co-op.  You can also find a more detailed how-to on her blog.
