Terra from Mama Says Sew shows how to make a fabulous diamond smocked t-shirt.  She shows it in red knit as holiday wear, but this surface technique would be pretty on tops you wear year-round, too.  You could also turn this into a pretty dress by adding a gathered skirt to the bottom of the top. Oh, the possibilities!!  Get the tute to see how it’s done.
