Tutorial: No Dye Tie Dye

Rikka from Ricochet and Away! shows how to create a tie-dye effect, but with fabric paint instead of fabric dye.  She calls it her “No Dye Tie Dye” method.  Using fabric acrylic paint simplifies the process.  And with all of the colors of paint available at the craft store, you have a wide range of colors ready to use. Get the tute.
