Tutorial: Refashion adult jeans to baby jeans with a ruffle bum and reverse applique

Casey from Stellar Mother posts on her blog showing how she refashioned a pair of adult jeans into a much smaller pair of jeans to fit a baby girl.  Then she embellished the jeans to give them girly cuteness.  She used reverse applique and a decorative stitch to create a spiral design on the front and added ruffles to the back.  Get the tute.
