Tutorial: Refashioned dress with high-waisted skirt

Ady from Crafty Ady shows how she made this high-waisted skirt outfit that looks like two separate pieces but is actually one dress.  She gets the look of a smart shirt tucked into a trim little skirt, but without the bulk and hassle of trying to keep the shirt tucked in.  Brilliant!!  The bottom half of the dress is made from a favorite skirt pattern in some Ponte Roma Knit jersey, and the top is refashioned from an existing shirt.  Go to the tutorial.
