Michelle at Sunshine and a Summer Breeze shows how to cut down one of her husband’s ties to a size her young son can wear. It’s a “real” tie, meaning no clip-on or elastic band around the neck. It ties just like dad’s ties, but it’s shortened to a child’s size. She took 23″ off of the tie to make it the right size! She also maintained the right proportions, so it’s not too wide for a child’s body. Go to her blog for her tutorial showing how to do it.
