Michelle from Daydream Believers shares a tutorial on her blog showing how to add rows of ruffles to a diaper cover to turn it into Ruffle Bloomers.  These would look so cute peeking out of the bottom of a baby or toddler dress!  Get the tutorial.

    Would love this pattern for my great-granddaughter? How do I get it? Thank you for your help. This is precious. Live in small town, have two dollar store to shop in. I sew and I have to get items I need on-line.

    Maye,
    There isn’t a pattern for this particular tutorial. She uses an existing pair of bloomers and then adds the ruffles. If the bloomers aren’t available in your town, you could try making them yourself. Here’s a good tutorial for making a basic pair of bloomers:
