Tutorial: Ruffled Christmas Pillow Cover

Chris from Pickup Some Creativity shares a tutorial on her blog showing how to make a throw pillow cover with rows and rows of ruffles.  She made each ruffle from a different fabric in a Christmas color scheme for a wonderfully colorful, scrappy look but this would also be pretty out of a solid color.  Get the tutorial.
