As part of her Summer of Skirts series, Amber from Ruffles and Roses shows how to make a simple A-line gathered skirt.  Elastic at the waist makes it easy to construct and easy to fit.  Go to the tutorial.

    Hi. A couple of us posted the same question about the tank a-line dress. She wrote in Jan. and I just posted. Looking forward to a response as it is really cute and I am all ready to get started, but am stuck on Step 2. Thanks
