Tutorial: Simple but fabulous wrap blouse

Whitney from Freshly Given shows how she made this utterly fabulous wrap blouse.  It was inspired by a vintage design, but her version is totally fresh and modern.  It’s made from one piece of fabric, plus ties, so the sewing is super simple.  Get the tutorial to make one of your own.
