Tutorial: Wipe-clean changing pad from a tablecloth

My Creative Stirrings has the how-to for making a large diaper changing pad with a wipe-clean surface.  She gets the wipe-clean fabric from a discount tablecloth.  One tablecloth yielded 4 changing pads.  Brilliant!!  Go to the tutorial.
