    I often think mine are possessed. Once a year or so tune-ups help too.

    I know my machine is possessed! She gives me problems around deadline time and once I am done with the quilt, she behaves herself! (Lol)

    I take mine in and it comes back with same issue. Never does it for them. It is a 403 front load bobbin and the case keeps coming lose and out.
