Sewing Tutorial: Mommy and Me Swimsuit Cover Ups

Jamie from Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom shows how she made a set of matching swim cover ups for her and her daughter. She used lightweight terry cloth yardage, with elastic thread shirring to create a stretchy bodice.
