Sewing Tutorial: Ruched t-shirt

Ruched-tee3Lisa from Mabey She Made It turned a clearance sale – and far too big for her – t-shirt into this ruched tee.  She took the extra width off the sides so it fits her figure, but kept the extra length to create the ruched bottom.  She shares a tutorial showing how she did it.  If you can’t find a too-big shirt to start with, you could always make your own using your favorite t-shirt pattern but extending the length so can ruch it up.  Go to Mabey She Made It for the tutorial.
