Over at Disney’s Spoonful blog, Dariela from Dari Design Studio shows how you can make these waterproof placemats. The geometric design is made with stamps and paint, a step you could hand over to the kids if you wanted. Her method is a no-sew one, using fabric glue to hold the turned edges under. You could use your sewing machine for this step and it would still be a super easy sewing project. Go to Spoonful to get her tute.
