Angelina from JoJo & Eloise shows how to make a folding clothes hamper with a removable fabric bag. Her husband built the wood frame for her, and she sewed up the bag that fits inside it. There isn’t a step-by-step tutorial, but you she gives enough information about the process for you to figure the rest out. And if you aren’t able to, or don’t feel like, making a wooden frame, I think this would also work just as well with the JALL laundry bag from IKEA.
